A vote to retain the “stigma” against slaughtering unborn children

Abortion-Instruments2Our last posts of the day are ordinarily short. This one will be no exception.
The usual assortment of pro-abortion organizations–the local advocacy groups, the International powerhouses, various ‘artists,’ and the like–are gearing up to “Repeal the Eighth,” a reference to the Eighth Amendment to the Irish Constitution which abortion proponents are keen on obliterating. Passed in 1983, the amendment says, “The State acknowledges the right to life of the unborn and, with due regard to the equal right to life of the mother, guarantees in its laws to respect, and, as far as practicable, by its laws to defend and vindicate that right.”

As part of the offensive, “Irish Women Who Had Abortions Are Sharing Photos Of Themselves Online.”  The ostensive objective? “To break the stigma surrounding abortion in Ireland.”
We’re told that on a new website, the X-ile Project, women are “giving a face” to women who have aborted or what to abort “by sharing their photo and story.” They say they have “effectively been exiled from Ireland and ignored due to unduly strict abortion laws.”
Just one quick thought.

Who else has been “exiled”–and lethally so? Each year tens of millions of unborn babies all over the world are thrown out of their homes through no fault of their own.
Only when they are banished, they leave not bag in hand, but in pieces, their heads torn from their torsos, their little arms and legs mashed into a bloody heap.

And if anything could make that abomination against human rights even worse, Planned Parenthood peddles their intact livers and hearts and kidneys and skulls to middlemen who sell them to people who make a living experimenting on the bodily remains of defenseless unborn babies.
Don’t you think that maybe, just maybe, there ought to be a “stigma” against that?
