Clinton and Saunders ratchet up antagonism and back-biting

Pro-abortionists Sen. Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton level ever-more-headed criticisms at one another

What’s new on the Hillary and Bernie front?
Well, there’s the aside–after finishing a speech in Pennsylvania Wednesday Hillary Clinton told a man (in a comment caught by a nearby microphone) that “we have to get the energy going”–which is not exactly hold-the-presses news.
She had just gotten clobbered the day before in Wisconsin. She not only lost by 13 points, it meant that Sen. Sanders had won six contests in a row. So Clinton could be forgiven if she told someone after delivering a speech to the Philadelphia chapter of the AFL-CIO that her campaign could use some oomph.
Here’s how the local paper– The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel–described the impact of the Wisconsin presidential primary:

“After years of backing party front-runners, this state gave life Tuesday to their closest rivals. Instead of all but ending the nominating process — Wisconsin’s more traditional role — it has now prolonged it. Victories by Trump and Clinton would have all but sealed their nominations.”

While there is no shortage of back-and-forth between front runner Donald Trump and Sen. Ted Cruz (who also won handily in Wisconsin), the level of animosity between the former Secretary of State and the Democratic Socialist senator from Vermont has climbed exponentially of late.
Rather than get into the “who started” the latest round of charges and counter-charges, it’s enough to say that Clinton’s dismissive remark suggesting that Sanders was “not qualified” to be president begged for a hot retort. Sanders obliged, criticizing her on a variety of fronts.
This morning Sanders added, “I’m not going to get beaten up. I’m not going to get lied about. We will fight back.”
