Videos and the Public

Guess who is “sick to my stomach” over undercover PPFA Videos?

By Dave Andrusko
pp2_0The headline all but shouted, “This made me sick to my stomach.” When I realized the topic was the ten undercover Planned Parenthood videos released by the Center for Medical Progress, I could easily understand why the viewer’s stomach was running in circles.
I mean, come on, how could you not be nauseous? We’ve heard Dr. Carolyn Westoff, Planned Parenthood’s Senior Medical Advisor, exclaiming
“We’ve just been working with people who want particular tissues, like, you know, they want cardiac, or they want eyes, or they want neural. …Oh, gonads! Oh, my God, gonads.”
And in case anyone should ask
“Everything we provide is fresh.”
And there’s Dr. Mary Gatter, president of the Medical Directors Council of PPFA, who casually discussed the possibility of using a “less crunchy [abortion] technique” to preserve intact baby organs.
And who can forget Dr. Deborah Nucatola talking about “crushing” where
“you try to intentionally go above and below the thorax, so that, you know, we’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that, so I’m not gonna crush that part, I’m gonna basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact”
and
“with the calvarium [the skull], in general, some people will actually try to change the presentation so that it’s not vertex [head first], because when it’s vertex presentation you never have enough dilation at the beginning of the case, unless you have real, huge amounts of dilation to deliver an intact calvarium.”
And if that weren’t, we have abortionist Willie Parker and his comments in a Cosmopolitan magazine story. Speaking of Dr. Nucatola, senior director for medical services for the Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Parker said
“I’m thinking about a strong parallel between what’s happening to my colleague and the trial week of Jesus before he was crucified.”
And that’s just for starters. We’re already sick to our stomaches before we hear lab techs laughing and joshing as they manipulate whole baby body parts, or listen to Gatter as she jokes, “I want a Lamborghini.”
But wait, this queasy stomach made worse by righteous indignation isn’t because of PPFA’s sickening behavior. It’s NARAL pretending to be made ill because the Washington Post did a story about the founder of the Center for Medical Progress which did not adhere , syllable by syllable, to the Abortion Establishment ’s approved script!
Note: The story didn’t praise him or support what the videos showed. The reporter simply told his story.
In the light of such treachery (if you can’t count on the Washington Post to advance the pro-abortion narrative, who can you trust?), NARAL’s Sasha Bruce asks supporters for money so they can “help defend abortion rights and hold the media accountable for these false attacks on Planned Parenthood.”
Pro-abortionists pretending to need to “Hold the media accountable.” If that weren’t so preposterous, it would be almost funny.
