UPDATE on Jahi McMath
Thank you to those of you that have spent time calling the Children's Hospital and praying for Jahi McMath.
On Sunday night, the Children's Hospital in Oakland released Jahi to the coroner who, in turn, released Jahi to her mother. The hospital allowed a medical team to come into the facility and perform necessary procedures for Jahi to be transported. Jahi was then taken by a critical care team to an unknown facility in the state of New York where she will receive continued treatment and care for her brain injuries.
Another report confirmed that Jahi is in "very bad shape" due to medical neglect and starvation over the past three weeks.
