WAHINGTON, D.C., April 25, 2013 (LifeSiteNews.com) - The name of the upcoming Fox News one-hour documentary has been revealed. "See No Evil – The Kermit Gosnell Murders" will air on Sunday, May 5 at 9 p.m. EDT on Fox News.

The scheduled documentary would be the most in-depth coverage the "house of horrors" murder trial has yet to receive.
Gosnell, an abortionist who began performing abortions in the early 1970s, is on trial for murdering four newborn babies by snipping their spinal column with scissors as a form of "abortion."
He faces another third-degree murder charge for the death of a 41-year-old immigrant from Bhuttan who died after receiving anesthesia from an untrained assistant.
Many of the babies Gosnell "snipped" were beyond 24 weeks of development, and thus illegal under Pennsylvania law under any circumstances. In all, Gosnell stands accused of more than 380 charges.
Gosnell's fate could be decided by the time Fox broadcasts the program. His defense lawyer, Jack McMahon, rested yesterday without calling a single witness, including the abortionist himself. "Defense rest," he said tersely, according to eyewitnesses. They add that McMahon continually had to correct himself when he referred to Gosnell's victims as "infants."
Closing arguments are scheduled for Monday, and a jury could be seated on Tuesday.

Despite the sensational nature of the charges and disturbing facts revealed since police raided Gosnell's Women's Medical Society in West Philadelphia for being a "pill mill," the case has received scant media attention. Some liberals inside the mainstream media admit the oversight is due to an inherent, pro-abortion bias.

Melinda Henneberger of The Washington Post wrote, "I say we didn’t write more because the only abortion story most outlets ever cover in the news pages is every single threat or perceived threat to abortion rights.
“For what it’s worth, I do think that those of us on the Left have made a decision not to cover this trial because we worry that it’ll compromise abortion rights,” said Marc Lamont Hill, a Columbia University professor known for his frequent appearance on Fox News. “Whether you agree with abortion or not, I do think there’s a direct connection between the media’s failure to cover this and our own political commitments on the Left.”

Conservatives are eager to agree. Radio talk show titan Rush Limbaugh told his audience that the media are “just a political action committee for the Democrat Party,” he said. “Kermit Gosnell, anybody? Can't cover that. Covering the Gosnell trial might hurt our 'War on Women' theme.”
Fox News, which leans heavily Republican, is America's top-ranked news network.
