Planned Parenthood Doc Caught Selling Body Parts of Aborted Babies is an Obama Admin Adviser
In the video, Nucatola is at a business lunch with actors posing as buyers from a human biologics company. As head of PPFA’s Medical Services department, Nucatola has overseen medical practice at all Planned Parenthood locations since 2009. She also trains new Planned Parenthood abortion doctors and performs abortions herself at Planned Parenthood Los Angeles up to 24 weeks.
Nucatola admits that Planned Parenthood charges per-specimen for baby body parts, uses pseudo-partial-birth abortion procedures in order to get salable parts, and is aware of their own liability for doing so and takes steps to cover it up.
In a follow up report, LifeNews focused on how Nucatola serves on the board of a pro-abortion sex ed group founded by a former Obama administration official and whose board includes current Obama administration staff. But Nucatola”s ties with the administration go much deeper than that.
As the Federal reports, Nucatola has been a full-fledged adviser for the Obama administration since 2010 on a range of issues from family planning to advising on “healthy babies” — a surprising revelation given Nucatola’s status as an abortion practitioner charged with the task of killing babies in abortions and preserving their body parts for sale.
As Mary Hasson of the Federalist highlights:
From April 2010 through April 2014, Nucatola was one of several experts the U.S. Health and Human Services Office of Population Affairs (OPA) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Division of Reproductive Health tasked with creating federal guidelines for “quality family planning services.” A member of the “Expert Work Group” and the “Technical Panel on Clinical Women’s Services,” Nucatola was actively engaged in the “multistage process” that produced the government’s 2014 report, “Providing Quality Family Planning Services” (QFP).
Her responsibilities as a “technical” consultant and an “expert” included analyzing research summaries and professional advisories, providing “individual feedback” on the government’s initial recommendations, “reviewing” the CDC-OPA staff’s “core recommendations,” giving her expert “opinion,” and then approving the recommendations. (See the report’s appendices for the names of Expert Work Group members and technical experts, and detailed descriptions of the experts’ involvement in formulating the report’s recommendations.)
What’s the goal of those government recommendations? To help “clients…achieve their desired number and spacing of children and increase the likelihood that those children are born healthy.”
In addition to her work on the 2014 family planning recommendations, Nucatola has been a consultant on several other CDC initiatives. She was a “Liaison Participant” in the 2015 work group that helped shape the 2015 “Sexually Transmitted Diseases Treatment Guidelines” the CDC released on June 5, 2015. She consulted in 2011 on revisions to the “U.S. Selected Practice Recommendations for Contraceptive Use,” released in 2013. She was an ad hoc reviewer for the CDC’s 2012 updated guidelines on contraception for HIV-infected women and an ad hoc reviewer for the CDC’s 2011 updated guidelines on contraception for post-partum women.
On Friday, Obama’s top spokesman said he accepted Planned Parenthood’s explanation and that their activities are “ethical.”
In the video, Nucatola admits that Planned Parenthood charges per-specimen for baby body parts, uses illegal partial-birth abortion procedures in order to get salable parts, and is aware of their own liability for doing so and takes steps to cover it up.
The footage shockingly depicts the top medical official at the Planned Parenthood corporation munching on her salad while she discusses the sale of body parts of unborn children victimized by abortions. She brazenly describes how the heads of unborn babies killed in abortions command top dollar.
The buyers ask Nucatola, “How much of a difference can that actually make, if you know kind of what’s expected, or what we need?”
“It makes a huge difference,” Nucatola replies. “I’d say a lot of people want liver. And for that reason, most providers will do this case under ultrasound guidance, so they’ll know where they’re putting their forceps. The kind of rate-limiting step of the procedure is calvarium. Calvarium—the head—is basically the biggest part.”
Nucatola explains, “We’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that, so I’m not gonna crush that part, I’m gonna basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact.”
“And with the calvarium, in general, some people will actually try to change the presentation so that it’s not vertex,” she continues. “So if you do it starting from the breech presentation, there’s dilation that happens as the case goes on, and often, the last step, you can evacuate an intact calvarium at the end.”
In a video response to the heavy criticism, Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards apologizes for the tone the Nucatola took but not for selling the body parts of aborted babies. Another shocking video exposing Planned Parenthood selling aborted babies is expected next week.
Nearrly every Republican candidate for president as well as countless lawmakers have expressed their outrage regarding the video and called on Congress to defund Planned Parenthood. A total of six states are slated to begin investigations of the Planned Parenthood abortion business.
The video, which has been seen by more than two million people, reveals how the abortion giant sometimes alters their procedures to ensure high-quality “specimen” for organ harvesting.
Dr. Nucatola said, “You’re just kind of cognizant of where you put your graspers, you try to intentionally go above and below the thorax, so that, you know, we’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that, so I’m not gonna crush that part, I’m going to basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact.”
The abortionist also explains that Planned Parenthood charges per-specimen for baby body parts and is aware of their own liability for doing so. When asked about a price, she said, “I would say it’s probably anywhere from $30 to $100, depending on the facility and what’s involved.” Unbelievably, she admits that some body parts, such as livers and heads, are much more popular and go for a higher price than other specimen.
David Daleiden, the founder of the group Center for Medical Progress told CBS News, “Planned Parenthood is still receiving $50, $75, sometimes $100 per specimen per fetal part. So all of that is just straight up profit that goes to their bottom line.”
