FDA has continuously warned against condom use for anal sex - it’s time to sue Planned Parenthood
March 20, 2014 (STOPP.org) - Planned
Parenthood pushes condoms continuously. Use condoms for anal sex to
prevent disease transmission, it says. The condom mantra is at the heart
of all the “comprehensive sex ed” programs. Yet, Representative Bob
McDermott, who is tenaciously fighting the Planned Parenthood-promoted
Pono Choices sex program aimed at middle school children in Hawaii, pointed out as
early as February 3 that the FDA has warned about the dangers of using
condoms for anal sex and that Pono Choices fails to pass those warnings
on to students. In fact, the FDA says on its website that anal sex is so dangerous that it should not be engaged in, period!
Quoting from the FDA website:
Yet, rather than pulling the comprehensive sex curricula in schools across the nation—or even getting down to important medical and legal details with elementary and middle school children targeted by these egregious sex programs—young students are often taught how to increase sexual pleasure while putting on a condom and how to engage in sex “play” to make sex with a condom more pleasurable. Important medical facts are routinely withheld from students as Planned Parenthood and its cohorts pursue an agenda of “sex positive” instruction.
Dr. Judith Reisman, a former principal investigator for the US Department of Justice, writing this week for WorldNetDaily, issued a call for “a class action lawsuit by AIDS victims and their loved ones . . . —a suit based on the fact that condom pushers have for years dispensed false, deceptive claims about how the product protects—or fails to protect—the health of sex participants. The reality is that everyday condoms are manufactured and approved for natural, vaginal sex, not anal ‘sex’—they are not effectively designed to protect from disease those people who engage in sodomy,” Dr. Reisman says.
She said such a lawsuit would “rock the world.”
She suggested appropriate targets for the lawsuit would include Planned Parenthood, the AIDS Healthcare Foundation, and “a myriad of teachers and school systems . . . that have taught that anal sex . . . is not so different than natural coitus.”
Dr. Reisman is right. Parents should start threatening school officials and Planned Parenthood with lawsuits over the blatant disregard for the health and well-being of the students they are charged with, and carrying through when they fail to respond to their demands to stop exploiting children. Encouraging all sorts of intercourse, and painting it as a safe and desirable thing to do while intentionally withholding information about the dangers of such behavior is despicable. The perpetrators need to be brought into court and required to pay for their misdeeds.
Successful class action lawsuits result in the payment of triple the amount of damages to successful plaintiffs. It is time to stop Planned Parenthood’s exploitation of children, and lawsuits are an option that should be embraced.

Are condoms strong enough for anal intercourse?
The Surgeon General (C. Everett Koop, Surgeon General 1982-1989) has said, “Condoms provide some protection, but anal intercourse is simply too dangerous to practice.”Representative McDermott has repeatedly warned that the Pono Choices curriculum puts educators at risk of legal consequences because it presents students with scenarios that are dangerous and/or illegal, and those dangers and legalities are not explained to the students. He says in his 18-page report on Pono Choices: “If parents knew what was in it, and how it was presented, they would not walk away—they would run away. This material should be pulled from the schools now. Continued use of this curriculum could put the school system in legal peril, as students may detrimentally rely on the information contained therein.”
Condoms may be more likely to break during anal intercourse than during other types of sex because of the greater amount of friction and other stresses involved.
Even if the condom doesn’t break, anal intercourse is very risky because it can cause tissue in the rectum to tear and bleed. These tears allow disease germs to pass more easily from one partner to the other.
